| The Fourth Annual Arroyo Kid's Day was a great success. Students from grades 10 through 12 participated in a day jampacked with group activities like role-playing, stepping out, and storytelling. It turned out to be exciting and fun for all. "It allowed you to let down the guard you would normally have during an average school day," said Sophomore Amy Bennett. People from all "groups" participated, which, as Sophomore Stephanie Vincent put it, "allowed you to become friends with people you usually don't associate with." Kid's Day is a positive school activity that will become a long-standing tradition here at Arroyo High School. It promotes friendship between students who normally wouldn't associate with each other. |
